At Discount Party Rentals, we believe in keeping you in the loop! You’ll receive a friendly courtesy call 📱 to let you know exactly when our crew 🚚 is on the way for both delivery 📦 and pickup 🔄 of your rental equipment.


 

💳 Payment Policy
 

• Full payment is required to reserve your event date. 📅

• reservations over $750.00 can opt for a 50% deposit to hold equipment

• all balances are due no less than 30 days before the event

• all reservations with-in 30 days of event are payment in full to reserve 

• Payments are transferable for up to 12 months from the original payment date. 🔄

• Refunds are issued minus any applicable processing or administrative fees 💵 (see cancellation section for details)

🚗 Mileage Fees
 

Mileage fees are not included in the base prices shown. 🚫💰

• Rates vary depending on the event location 📍

💰 Taxes
 

In compliance with Florida Law (F.S. § 212.08) ⚖️, state and local sales tax 🏛️ will be collected for all rentals—no exceptions.


 

📅 Cancellation Policy
 

We understand that plans change, and we do our best to work with you. Here’s how our cancellation timeline works:

1. 🗓️ 30+ Days Before Event:
   ✅ Refund minus credit card processing fees 💳 (both ways)

2. 📅 15–29 Days Before Event:
   ✅ Refund minus processing fees plus a minimum $50 administrative fee 🧾

3. ⏳ 14–4 Days Before Event:
   ⚠️ 50% refund minus processing fees

4. ⏰ Within 72 Hours of Event:
   ❌ No refund – eligible for rescheduling only within 1 year (subject to equipment availability)
   
   
    

🌦️ If We Cancel
 

If Discount Party Rentals determines it’s necessary to cancel for safety reasons (e.g., severe weather -hurricane- high winds 🌧️💨, unsafe ground conditions, etc.), we can offer a reschedule to new date (raincheck) or 50% refund💵.


 

🔄 Rescheduling Policy
 

• You may reschedule within 1 full year of your original event date, as long as the requested equipment is available on the new date. 📅

• If you reschedule and then later cancel:

  • ❗ 50% cancellation fee applies

  • If original reschedule is inside the 72-hour window of original date, no refund is given
