📏 What sizes are available?

Dance floors are rented in sections and customized to fit your guest count and space. Common sizes include:

​

• 9' x 9' - up to a 24 person guest list

• 12’ x 12’ – Up to a 36 person guest list

• 15’ x 15’ – Up to a 56 person guest list

• 18’ x 18’ – Up to a 80 person guest list

• 21’ x 21’ – Up to a 110 person guest list

• 24’ x 24’ – Up to a 150 person guest list

🤔 How do I know what size dance floor to rent?

A good rule of thumb is to allow 4–5 square feet per dancing guest. For weddings, many couples plan for about 50% of their guest count to be on the dance floor at one time 💃🕺.

🌿 Can a dance floor be set up outdoors?

​

Yes! Dance floors can be installed outdoors on flat, solid surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or tent flooring. Grass installations may require a subfloor or tent flooring for proper support and safety.

⛺ Does the dance floor need to be under a tent?

While not required, we strongly recommend placing outdoor dance floors under a tent or canopy to protect against weather and moisture—especially for weddings and formal events.

No. Tables, chairs, bars, stages, or any heavy furniture are NOT permitted on dance floors.
Dance floors are designed strictly for dancing and foot traffic only. Placing furniture on the floor may cause damage and safety issues ⚠️.

🛠 Is setup and teardown included?

​

Yes! Our professional team will deliver, install, and remove the dance floor, ensuring it is level, secure, and ready for your event.

⏰ How long is the rental period?

​

dance floor rentals are as all other rentals. we deliver thiursday or friday and pick-up monday or tuesday. we do provide weekend hours for an additional fee.

🧱 What surface is required for installation?

Dance floors must be installed on:

• Concrete

• Asphalt

• Indoor hard flooring

• Tent flooring for grass or dirt

The surface must be level and stable for safe use.

If rain is expected, we recommend:

• Installing the dance floor under a tent
