Yes — we place a refundable card hold for cleaning on every dishware rental order. 🧼✨

This is not optional and helps ensure all items are returned in good condition. Here's how it works:

• A temporary hold is placed on your card when you book

• Once items are returned clean and damage-free, the hold is released within 3–5 business days

• If items are returned excessively dirty or stained, the whole or a portion of the cleaning fee will not be released

✅ Pro Tip: Rinse all dishware free from food and drink waste, Wipe down tables and chairs, shake off linens, and avoid leaving items in wet or muddy conditions to ensure a full refund!
