📆 How early should I reserve my rentals?

To lock in your favorite items, we recommend reserving up to 1 year in advance—especially for weddings, graduations, or busy holiday weekends. all rentals over $750.00 require A 50% deposit at the time of reservation, and the final balance is due 30 days before delivery. all rentals under $750.00 will need to pay in full to book. all rentals inside 30 days will need to pay in full to reserve✔️

🛒 How do I place an order?

Easy peasy! When you’re ready to book, just call us at 📱 386-693-6006 One of our awesome event specialists will help you pick the perfect rental items for your celebration. you can also request a quote directly from our website using the link at the top of the page 📝 payment and a signed rental contract are required to confirm your reservation.

⏳ How long do I get to keep my rentals for a weekend event?

all weekend tents are delivered thursday or friday and picked up Monday or tuesday. if you need an exact time delivery in-between friday 6pm and monday 9am, we can help accomodate if the time slot is available for an additional fee. non-tent rental can be scheduled up to saturday at 4pm without additional fees 🎉

🚚 How does delivery and pickup work?

We deliver all orders and have minimum equipment rental amount that vary on distance. the delivery fee starts at $35, with adjustments depending on distance or complexity (like stairs, tight spaces, distance from vehicle to set up location etc.).🏠 

👤 Homeowner doesn’t need to be present at the time of delivery or pickup—we get that life’s busy! Just make sure there’s a clear, accessible drop-off location and everything is prepped before we arrive.

⛺ Special Note for Tent Rentals:

For all tent setups, please ensure the following:

  • ✅ The tent site must be clearly marked before our team arrives

  • ✅ Utility locates (811dig is the free utility locating service) must be completed at least 7 days prior to setup

  • ✅ if concrete ballists are required please note that there can be no step ups and the path needs to be no less than 42" wide to allow for our heavy equipment needed to move the heavy weights

  • ✅ if there are steps we may be able to still accomadate the ballists by use of ramps. we will need photos and may need a site visit to verify

  • We’re not responsible for damage to underground utilities if the site is unmarked

🏡Safety first! Marking the space and checking for buried lines protects both your property and our team. 🏡

🪑 Tables and chairs will be placed in a covered or protected area (garage, patio, etc.). Customers are responsible for setting up and breaking down unless setup service has been requested in advance (additional fee applies).

👉 Please inspect all items at delivery and let us know right away if anything’s missing or damaged.

🪑 Do you set everything up?

Great question! Our team sets up tents, stages, and dance floors as part of the delivery service. Chairs and tables are placed under a covered area (like a tent or patio) if available, and customers typically set those up themselves.

✨ Want us to handle it all? Setup & breakdown services are available for tables and chairs at $0.75 per item—just be sure to let us know when you book your event! all linen rentals do include the set up and tear of that item.

📦 For equipment pickup, please re-stack items as they were delivered to avoid additional fees.

🕒 What are your delivery hours?

Standard delivery hours are:
🕘 Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
🕘 Saturday: 9 AM – 4PM

Need a delivery outside those hours? No problem! We offer 24-hour delivery and pick-up for an extra fee—just let us know when you book so we can make it happen. 🚛🌙

🛠️ What’s the Damage Waiver Fee?

The 10% (optional) Damage Waiver Fee helps cover minor wear-and-tear on items during your event—like:
🔹 Broken glassware or chinaware
🔹 Lightly stained linens
🔹 Scratched flatware or dented trays

It’s a non-refundable, taxable fee that protects against accidental damage from regular use. 🙌

❌ It does NOT cover:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Vandalism or misuse

  • Weather-related damage (like rain-soaked furniture left uncovered)

  • Damage to electric equipment from incorrect voltage/power use

  • rips or heavy soil on any tent, sidewalls, chair pads or fabric

Think of it as peace of mind for your big day! 🧘

💳 Is there a cleaning fee or deposit?

Yes — we place a refundable card hold for cleaning on every rental order. 🧼✨

This is not optional and helps ensure all items are returned in good condition. Here's how it works:

  • A temporary hold is placed on your card when you book

  • Once items are returned clean and damage-free, the hold is released within 3–5 business days

  • If items are returned excessively dirty or stained, the whole or a portion of the cleaning fee will not be released

✅ Pro Tip: Wipe down tables and chairs, shake off linens, and avoid leaving items in wet or muddy conditions to ensure a full refund!
